After I placed my order, when will I receive the tracking number ?
Your order will be shipped 1-3 working days after the payment confirmation. You will receive your tracking number 24h-48h after the shipment.
Make sure the email/ phone number are correct & check if the e-mail arrived in undesirables (spams).
I can't track my order / the tracking displays "unknown" or "invalid". What should I do?
If your tracking is not recognized when you just receive it, it is normal. It can take up to 3 working days to be a valid tracking. Please note: we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.
What countries do we deliver to? What are the delivery times and methods?

Are the products new?
Our shop offers both new and second-hand vintage clothes. Our second-hand items are clothes that have already been worn. Then theyβre sorted, washed and disinfected through a special process. Each description mentions visible defaults when there are some.Β
New items that have not been worn will be listed as "Brand New."
